Here we are at Dunns River Waterfalls in Ocho Rios Jamaica. We really enjoy spending time at the many waterfalls and rivers here in Jamaica and this is one of the most scenic spots on the island. Dunns River Waterfalls is usually a bit to crowded and touristy for us but it is a really special place and we enjoy it. The water is exhilarating and the kids love hiking up the trails and waterfalls on our adventures.

Alfred Moya stands in front of the Jade Vine at Cranbrook Flower Forest. The unique blue green colors of this plant are absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen such a vibrant and bright shade of Jade in any other wild plant. The colors look fake as if someone used colored dye in the water or something but its all natural.

The vine hangs from a very large tree in these huge swaths of brilliant color that are simply stunning. I want one of these in my garden some day but I doubt I’ll have one. Seems like it’s an old plant with lots of years of growth to attain such long lengths.
